1. How does the psychic phone readings work?

To purchase a phone psychic reading you can either pay using your credit card or charge the cost of your call to your phone bill.

Credit Card Psychic Reading

1. You need a valid Visa or Mastercard.
2. Call us at the help desk and the call operator will get your contact and credit card details.
3. We charge a minimum of 15 minutes for $37.50 AUD.
4. Once your payment has been processed we will then call you back and connect you to the psychic.
5. when you are connected you can choose to go longer than 15 minutes and you will be charged $2.50 per minute, please spek to the Helpdesk for more info.

Phone Charge Psychic Reading

Phone charge readings are available only to Australian and New Zealand Callers.

1. To pay using your phone charge for a psychic reading simply call us on our phone charge numbers.
2. Follow the promts to be connected.
3. You can speak to the first available psychic or you can choose a specific psychic by typing their specific Access Code or Pin Number into your phone keypad. Visit our Psychic Reader's page to check their skills and access code.
4. You can also check our home page and see the psychic's that are currently on.

2. How do I pay for a psychic phone reading?

You can pay for your psychic reading either by credit card or phone as mentioned above, or also by pay pal.

Pay Pal

If you prefer to pay using pay pal for a phone or email reading you can do so by following the steps below:

1. Log in or registering to www.paypal.com.
2. Send your payment to adimin@accesspositive.com.au in pay pal.
3. After you have sent your payment please send us an email or call the help desk to notify us of your payment and whether you are purchasing an email psychic reading or a phone psychic reading.

3. What is the business name that will appear on my bank statement?

Credit card reading charges will appear as Access Positive on your credit card statement. Although if you call the helpdesk afterhours and get connected to a psychic using the automated credit card service, the charge may appear as Ask a Psychic.

Phone charge readings will appear as Ask a Psychic or Genuine Psychic.

4. What specials do you offer for phone psychic readings?

We offer first time callers a special for phone psychic reading of $50 for 25 mins then $2.50 per/min thereafter. Please quote this special when you call the help desk to get this offer.

Please note that this special is only available to first time callers using their credit card who call the help desk and is not available on the automated credit card or phone charge service.

5. Will I be charged if I go through the automated credit card service but i was not connected to a psychic or the call dropped out?

When you call the automated credit card service the system automatically preauthorises $25 from your account before it connects you to a psychic. The system does this in 10 minute blocks and it credits back the amount that you don't use. If you dont get connect to the psychic then it will credit back the full $25 to your account. This will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.

The business name of the charge on your account will be either Access Positive, Ask a Psychic or Genuine Psychic.
