Please note:

This service will make a preauthorisation on your card for $25 AUD. This is to ensure that you have enough funds to pay for 10 minutes. If you speak to the psychic for less than 10 mins, you will be charged at $2.50 per minute.

For example, if you called the automatic credit card line, the system will preauth $25 AUD from your card, if you then speak to the operator for only 5 mins the system will take out $12.50 from the amount of $25 that iit preauthorised. The extra $12.50 that you did not use will be returned to your account within 3-5 days (depending on your financial institution).
